Refund & Return Policy:

This policy deals with the return and refund of products purchased only on www.ethicalcookware.com for users in residing in India only.

To return any faulty, damaged, unwanted or incorrect product within 7 days of product delivery please email us at customersupport@ethicalcookware.com and within 72 working hrs your return and refund/exchange status will be updated.

You can write to us for the following:

a) The return of unwanted items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
b) To inform us that part of your order was not delivered or it was received damaged. If you have received damaged product please report the issue within 24hrs from delivery with clear photos. A photograph of the serial number typically found on the bottom of the product is mandatory.
c) Or, to return/exchange faulty items.

Refund policy for unwanted items:

Refunds for unwanted items will be for the price you paid for the product only.
If multiple products were ordered and only part of the order is to be returned then refund would be for only the price of the product returned.
Refund for unwanted product will be processed within 10 business days of the product being received by us.
For exchange or resolution of your issue it can take up to a max. of 7 business* days of processing from the date of receiving the product.

Faulty items:

If you think your item is faulty, please write to us at our customer care email id customersupport@ethicalcookware.com
The manufacturer’s product guarantee terms and conditions will apply (for period of guarantees please refer to the booklet of instructions supplied with the product). Your statutory rights will not be affected.
If you wish to exchange an item you must inform us on your first request to us.
We aim to respond to your email within two working days of you sending it with details of how we will progress your request.

If you are sending us an email then, please have the following information on your hand, without which we cannot process the return or refund of your item:

Your order number (this will be found on the email confirmation you received when the order was placed on our website).
The “Product Ref/Product Description”– this usually can be found on the order confirmation or on the website.
The unique product code typically found on the base of the product.
Clear photos and videos of the product in use to demonstrate the fault in the product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Refund Credit
Even if you have paid in cash for your purchase or through any other payment method, we can only credit the full amount of your purchase to a bank account of your choice. Please let us know your bank account details: Name, A/c number, IFSC code of the bank on customersupport@ethicalcookware.com so that we can process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited to your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If payment is made by credit card, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
In case of any queries, contact your bank. Please allow some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customersupport@ethicalcookware.com and send your item to: A-126, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Wazirpur, Delhi, 110052

Shipping
Usually all orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days, once payment is confirmed. Please note that certain categories of products have different lead-times for delivery due to the nature of the product. Do check the delivery timelines for each product while ordering. www.ethicalcookware.com shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased goods in the event of flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of ethicalcookware.com.

The Products shall be subject to our terms and conditions for warranty, service and maintenance, and Company does not accept any responsibility for the same. The Company also does not accept any responsibility for the usage of the Products by the User.

The User agrees to use the services provided by www.ethicalcookware.com, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only. Company may assign any or all its rights under these Terms to its Affiliates without consent of the User.

Shipping in case of Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be requested to print the shipping label in case of returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your product, please contact us at customersupport@ethicalcookware.com to do so.

Before Shipping :

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, we can offer you a full refund of the amount you have spent on the Ethical website.

Post Shipping :

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on customersupport@ethicalcookware.com.

Cancellation charges may be applicable.

Please ensure safe packing as we cannot offer refunds on items that are damaged from shipping. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, Post our examination we’ll refund your money within 10 business* days.
